Production technology cover for air-conditioning

The bachelor thesis deals with sheet metal forming and it is focused on basic work, drawing - dimpling. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a forming tool for making the cover sheet of the specified air conditioning. There was conducted an experiment to eliminate an undesirable deformation of the flange of the cover.

HUDOUSEK Jiří: Drawing of a tin-coated metal sheet. The project elaborated in frame of master studies is submitting design of the given part production - business card case from tin-coated metal sheet by deep drawing technology. From a variations of the design of the product has been chosen option, when the case is assembled from two identical drawn parts which form the bottom and the lid of the component, the connection of these two parts is arranged by a spacer in form of a plastic insert on which the metal parts are attached. Based on the literary survey and calculations drawing in die with blankholder was designed for metal parts production, according to the force needed and tool size a hydraulic press ZH 100 was selected. Part of the work is the process parameters determination, technical and economic evaluation and drawing documentation.
Designing Technology for Flange Part in Two Variants

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create two technological processes for component flange. For each of variants was chosen different kind of blank and different machine. In both variations, part is machined by turning. Progressive variation can produce the part for approximately one third of the time. Progressive variation of technological process is preferable since 11 pieces.
The suggestion of technology of protection cover

he project executed in frame of Bachelor study presents a suggestion of manufacturing technology of cover made of deep drawing sheet iron DC 04. The theses includes comparing of possible manufacturing technologies and elaboration of manufacturing procedure by deep drawing. Based on calculation was discovered that there are four drawing and one calibrating operations needed. The CTC 250 press was chosen and for it was the tool designed for a first draw. In the theses was included economical-technical evaluation which shows that set of 50 000 pieces a year is profitable.
Suggestion of technology for flange of the pump motor

In a study of suggestion of technology for flange of the pump motor, properties about screw pumps, features of the machined flange and the blank are processed. On the base of machinery, tools and control devices are designed. The main part consists the proposal of technological process, operating drawings and machining time calculations. In conclusion, the techno-economic comparison of the existing and future variant is done.
The Production Technology of unrotary part with flange

Study describes application of forming technology for the production of unrotary parts with flange. The Study considers preliminary technology of forming processes in general. Further includes problems about drawing of unrotary parts with flange from singular to complex shaped. The next part of study includes evaluation of methods of the production belt gear shelter considering product criterias for series production and final accuracy and quality. Following part includes suggestion of the production technology of belt gear shelter using sheet metal forming. In the next parts of the study attends to accurate technological process elaboration of the components, to technological calculations and to project tool configuration. In conclusion the study includes technoeconomic evaluation of propřed technology production.
The Production Technology the fan cover

HUDOUSEK Jiří: The Production Technology the fan cover. The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies is submitting design of the fan cover production with sheet metal forming technology. Based on the literary pursuit a production process of the workpiece was designed when the blank is formed with deep drawing technology without thickness reduction (pure drawing) and subsequently completed by trimming to size, dimpling of the shell bottom, assembly holes punching and surface treated. Based on the calculation drawing in die with blankholder was designed for drawing operation and according to the force needed and tool size a hydraulic press ZH 160 (manufacturer PRESSHYDRAULIKA, s.r.o.) was selected. Material chosen for the production of workpiece is deep drawing steel sheet DC04 (ČSN EN 10130), production batch is 100 000 pcs. per year.

This master‘s thesis is concerned by accuracy cutting of the process. The aim of this graduation theses is to describe metodology quantification of the parameters accuracy of cutting process and to check it. Firstly, there are the parameters accuracy of cutting process identified. Secondary, there are particular technological influences over accuracy of shaping process characterized. In the conclusion, there are characteristics accuracy of shaping process quantified and tested in practice.
The Production Technology of unrotary part with flange

Bachelor´s thesis describes design of the production of unrotary part with flange made by drawing technology. Produced component is a single cylinder head cover four stroke engine, which is equipped with holes for attachment to the cylinder head and the spark plug hole. The prodiction series is 500 000 pcs per year.The material used for production is deep draving steel DC 04 (ČSN 11305). For the production was designed drawing tool and by the calculating required drawing forces was selected power presss VIVEK MACHINE TOOLS type VPPP - 10 with force 2000 kN. At the conclusion was evaluated technical and economic evaluation of production by seting a tipping point.
Design of a tool for production of shaped blanks

Master thesis reports questions about purchasing supplies for stamping shop. It solves task, that is cheaper buy blanks, or buy coils and cut them in free time of Raster 250 press. Thesis contains a design of cutting tools for production rectangular and trapeze shaped blanks. Tool for cutting of rectangular blanks is documented with drawings of assembly and main parts. The project was verified in techno-economic summary including repayment time calculation.
